"Kayla and Joniqua were both wonderful! I called looking for a quote to see what my options were. I had no idea when I called I would receive a wonderful price not only on a life insurance policy, but car insurance as well. "Had my mom calling for the last 2 months just to simply get id cards she never received and get the declaration page to even see what's she being charged for , now in process of searching for a new insurance provider after 4 years with these people . Waste of time avoid them and if the assistant just take a message do not look for your message to be passed up but threw away obviously, had to end up calling corporate and filing a complaint which will probably do nothing ...wish I could give zero stars day time thieves.."

"On May 30, 2025 I decided to change my homeowner’s and auto insurance and contacted a local State Farm Agency to discussz this. I was immediately transferred to an agent. Joniqua McCluskey who invited me to come into their office. Within an hour my house and auto were covered and my policies with USAA were canceled. These new policies provide significantly more coverage and at a better price. And Joniqua is an incredible agent, knowledgeable and nice. Who could ask for more?"
