"I have been with State Farm for 15 years; home/autos (4 vehicles); never filed a claim in that time. I just filed a claim; have significant hail/wind damage to all sectors of the roof and went through their claim process. My claim was DENIED. I do not recommend State Farm insurance company. When I’m need they are not there to assist."

"I have used Chris Dorris as my agent since moving back to AL 25 years ago. He and his office staff are very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my many questions and requests (big thanks for your patience Karrie and Lisa!).
